President Tetsuya Watanabe Calls on Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs

Jakarta, 21 November 2023: Tetsuya Watanabe, President of the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA), paid a courtesy call to the Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Airlangga Hartarto, to explore potential cooperation and strengthen collaboration between ERIA and the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs.

President Watanabe was accompanied by Dr Dionisius Narjoko, Senior Economist, Dr Alloysius Joko Purwanto, Senior Energy Economist, Naoto Okura, Policy Fellow at the Office of the President, and Tomy Waskitho, Research Associate at the Office of the President.

Minister Airlangga was joined by Susiwijono Moegiarso, Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry, Dr Edi Prio Pambudi, Deputy Minister for International Economic Cooperation, Dr Ali Murtopo Simbolon, Deputy Minister for Business and Industry, and Ferry Ardianto, Assistant Deputy for Multilateral Economic Cooperation, among others.
