Cambodia imported 2.5 million tonnes of petroleum products in 2018, a 10 percent year-on-year increase, according to the Ministry of Mines and Energy. Diesel and gasoline are the most imported petroleum products, according to Sok Khavan, the ministry’s secretary of state, who spoke during a conference on the oil and gas sectors held at Phnom Penh’s Sokha Hotel yesterday.
