Members of the Mid-term Review of AANZFTA Economic Cooperation Support Program (AECSP), namely, Raymond Mallon (Team leader, Economist and Senior Consultant), Peter Deacon (Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant), David Morgan (Director, Policy Planning Branch, DFAT, Australia) and Pat Duggan (AusAID, Jakarta) visited ERIA on 14th February, 2013.

The team discussed the issues related to support needed by ASEAN and partner countries for RCEP negotiations. They exchanged ideas with ERIA on the status of current ASEAN+1 FTAs and their utilisation. They also expressed their interest in ERIA's works and its ability to contribute to the RCEP negotiation process in the coming months. ERIA requested the AECSP team to remain in touch over issues requiring ERIA's contribution.
