Mr. Hidetoshi Nishimura, Executive Director of ERIA, attended a seminar organized by GRIPS (National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies) as a speaker on 16 February 2011 and lectured about ERIA's research activities related to economic development in East Asia.
After that, a lively discussion with participants was conducted.
 
The objective of this seminar is to share the current status and future possibilities of studies in East Asia and to seek and build a new theory for the international development.
