ERIA and Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs of Indonesia Meet to Discuss Economic Development and Potential Collaboration

Jakarta, 17 January 2024: ERIA and Indonesia’s Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs met today to discuss international economic cooperation and sustainable transportation in Indonesia.  ERIA’s President, Tetsuya Watanabe, presented ERIA’s analysis to the Coordinating Minister of Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto. Accompanying Minister Airlangga was the Deputy Minister of International Economic Affairs, Dr Eddy Prio Pambudi, Special Advisor to the Minister, Dr Reza Y. Siregar, and a member of the Minister’s Assistance Team, Dr Raden Pardede.

The meeting between ERIA and the Ministry also explored potential avenues for further cooperation between the two institutions. Both institutions remain committed to working together to foster economic prosperity and sustainable development in Indonesia and across the ASEAN region.
