The leaders of APEC gathered in Yokohama, Japan, under the theme of "Change and Action" to articulate their vision of further building and integrating the Asia-Pacific region in the 21st Century.

Mr. Nishimura attended the APEC CEO Summit event and met business and political leaders of the region. He explained to them recent developments of ERIA and briefed them on outcomes of ASEAN and EAS Summit meetings of October 2010.
