Nadira Melia joined ERIA in November 2024 as a Research Associate in the Economics Unit. Prior to this, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group as a Project Support, contributing to strategy and transformation projects in the financial services sector. Earlier, she worked as a Research Assistant at the World Bank in the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation (FCI) Global Practice, covering Indonesia and Timor-Leste.
