Mudhya Tiara joined ERIA in June 2024 as a Project Officer for Startup Ecosystem. In this role, she supports the startup ecosystem by facilitating business matchmaking, networking, organising events, and linking investment opportunities between investors, enterprises, and startups across the region.

Prior to joining ERIA, Tiara was recognised for her work as an Investment Associate and Super Connector. She assisted a Singaporean investment firm in venturing into the Indonesian ecosystem on a two-week notice project and helped over 10 startups connect with more than 100 investor networks, partnering with several incubators and accelerators. Additionally, she engaged in analysing and understanding the macro and microeconomics, as well as the landscape of the startup ecosystem in Southeast Asia, India, and East Asia through market research and due diligence processes, particularly in the AI, Agritech, Cleantech, and Consumer sectors.
