Handayani serves as the Planning and Coordination Supervisor, supporting high-ranking stakeholders on the ERIA Board and Council Members. As part of a team, her responsibilities include organising the institution's annual meetings and other events. 

Prior to this role, she was part of the Research Division since 2016, where she assisted distinguished researchers and participated in the institution's major projects and large-scale events. Her dedication over the years has equipped her with valuable institutional knowledge and skills, enabling her to effectively liaise and coordinate with a wide spectrum of academic and government officials.

Her years of experience at ERIA have encouraged her to gain a broader understanding of mid-level leadership and managerial aspects while continuously improving her abilities.
