Grace Tjen joined ERIA in December 2024 as a programme officer. In this role, she supports the newly launched Asia Zero Emission Center, a platform to share information, conduct studies on policies and projects, and help partner countries develop vision, roadmaps, or policies towards decarbonisation to promote energy transitions. Prior to joining ERIA, she has over a decade of experience in human resources, office management, and corporate events administration within HR consulting, FMCG, manufacturing and engineering industry. Fluent in Japanese and English, she has successfully supported multinational operations across Asia, particularly in Indonesia.
