Ashri Nadia holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and Project Management from the University of Leeds, with a full scholarship from Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education Agency (LPDP) Ministry of Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
Since joining ERIA in October 2019 as a Supervisor for the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Ashri plays a crucial role in supporting the COO. Her responsibilities extend to covering the technical preparation for meeting materials and speeches, addressing various topics related to ERIA’s research projects.
Prior to joining ERIA, Ashri has garnered extensive experience in environmental engineering and project management across various organisations. Ashri served as a Technical Assistant at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), where she provided invaluable technical inputs for environmental policy review and closely collaborated with Indonesia’s Ministry of Environment and Forestry. She also served as an Associate Process Engineer at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), focusing on resource efficiency and cleaner production, further enhancing her contribution to sustainable industrial practices.
