Adelia Rahmawati joined ERIA in July 2024 as a Programme Officer. In this role, she supports the newly launched project between ERIA and ASEAN-IPR on Women, Peace, and Security and Women in the Digital Economy.

Prior to joining ERIA, she worked as an analyst at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, where she provided extensive analysis of Southeast Asia's economic issues and trends. She also assisted the Indonesian Desk for the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) Council throughout Indonesia's Chairmanship of ASEAN in 2023, particularly in the sustainable and digital economy sector.
