The COP 25 climate change conference is underway in Spain. This year's conference aims to settle some of the rules to implement the Paris Agreement, the climate accord that's due to become operational next year.
One of the major issues has been the degree to which greenhouse gases should be reduced. Another is how to secure funds for mitigation and adaptation measures, to help people survive the inevitable effects of climate change. We spoke to experts about these big questions.
